information like; the product and/or service information, the purpose and objective for
your web site. Will you be supplying photos, text, logos and illustrations, or will I and
- how many? Will you require links, forms, buttons and animations? What your approximate
budget is for the project , so that I can work with you. With this information I'll
prepare an outlining for each web page with its content and objective. Then I will
send you an itemized quote. Signing of the contract will require a 50% deposit
before any work will commence. I will require you to approve and sign all art work. After
the art work is approved and photos, text, logos and any project related information are
submitted, all unplanned layout/design changes will be billed as extra work at the current
hourly rate of $75.00 or $100.00 per web page. Domain name registration is $80.00, web
site hosting is $45.00 setup for web related orders are billed at $45.00 per hour.
Final payment for design job is due at the completion of each web site. One registration
with 627 major search engines and 1,400 link site's is $15.00 . Submission to our targeted
email list is $45.00 per 500 targeted emails address. Slides and photos are
delivered by Fed Ex or a similar delivery company, at your expense. If you
need a catalogue we can help! Or, if you decide your web site needs to be updated,
or you plan some changes in the future on a regular basis, you will need a maintenance
contract.
